    1 Hour Session - Can include up to 5 to 6 People In the Group Session. The smaller group size allows for more opportunities to simulate game-like scenarios and pressure situations, helping players develop better court awareness, strategic thinking, and faster decision-making under pressure. The smaller group setting encourages a more intense and competitive environment, pushing players to challenge themselves and improve their performance.

  • $100 Private Training Session

    1 Hour & 15 Minute Session - 1 to 3 People Max. Personalized training plans and attention: Private sessions provide individualized coaching tailored to a player's unique strengths, weaknesses, and goals. This allows for a customized development plan that addresses specific areas needing improvement, such as shooting accuracy, ball-handling skills, defensive techniques, or overall court awareness.

  • $215 Monthly Subscription Package

    1 Hour & 15 Minute Session - The Package Includes the following: 24/7 access to all three coaches, one weekly workout (Sunday evening), 4 workouts a month, break down game film.

    We provide a gradual increase in intensity and complexity of workouts to drive continuous improvement in strength and fitness. Goal-Oriented training: Our program provides a roadmap to help you achieve specific goals (e.g., improve shooting, ball handling, or conditioning). Skill development and confidence: Consistent training helps develop and refine specific skills, leading to increased confidence on the court.

    If you miss a weekly workout it does not carry over if you choose not to renew or renew your subscription for the next month.
